The 2005 Shift
In 2005, I reached a turning point. My passion for training and seeing the "lightbulb moment" in a technician or sales rep outgrew my desire for corporate titles. I launched Preferred Sales Consultants to help owners stop "renting" temporary training fixes and start owning a permanent culture of excellence. I created the Sales Mastery Vault to be the bridge between where your business is and where it deserves to be.
Scaling from $3.5M to $12.7M
I don't just consult on growth; I have engineered it. During a pivotal 4-year sales management period, I personally led the expansion of a commercial security services sales team, scaling the team from 5 to 18 representatives and driving annual revenue from $3.5M to $12.7M.
This wasn't a stroke of luck—it was the result of a systematic approach to recruitment, training, and the installation of an "Ownership Culture." I know how to find the right talent, install the right belief systems, and build the infrastructure required to support 8-figure growth.
