I am and continue to be enthusiastic and motivated about my 40+ year profession in Sales and Business Development. I have sold. managed and provided training in almost every sales industry.
I am an effective leader who understands sales and business growth by drawing upon my in-depth sales and business experiences and training certifications. I have trained and coached over 7000+ Sales and Management personal, recruited and interviewed over 1,000+, helped over 500+ Business Owners.
As a result, I know exactly what motivates and drives them to achieve and full potential and peak productivity daily. I do not teach theories, I educate by sharing practical “real world, ready to use” skills.

I started my sales career in retail sales selling typewriters and then selling as a manufacturers rep in the office supply industry which led to me starting, owning a office supply business, which I successfully sold.
This led to my next sales career in the direct to consumer sales in home sales industry. sold encyclopedias, reading programs and even Craftmatic adjustable beds.
This success led me to the security systems sales for ADT where I was ranked in the top 10 of 1100+ reps for 3 straight years.
My sales achievements led to multiple requests for me to train, develop and motivate others which enabled me to earn training certifications in Sales, Management, Recruiting, and Business Finance. All of which fueled my passion for training and business development.
This success led to 25 years of achieving record performance in sales and management in the security service industry. I was promoted to multiple sales management positions and then to General manager roles where I delivered significant revenue and profits and created new market share as a General Manager for leading corporations ADT Security, Protection One, and Brink’s Home Security. I achieved multiple awards for exceeding my targeted plans.
The combination of my sales successes, firsthand business ownership, training certifications and key upper management promotions. It was from these successes and experience that directly contributed to my next career decision.
In 2005, i decided to pursue my passion for sales, business development, coaching, mentoring, and training, along with the enjoyment of enabling the development of others. I left my corporate life to launch my own Sales Training, Coaching, and Consulting firm. “Preferred Sales Consultants LLC.”
Now, every day, I get to do what I absolutely love and am so very enthusiastic about, helping, motivating, and enabling Salespeople, Sales Teams, Entrepreneurs, and Business owners to achieve their full potential and peak productivity all of which enables them to reach and obtain their desired dreams and goals.
